1. Information We Process
Depending on enabled features, Skull may process Discord identifiers such as user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs and configuration data needed to operate the bot.
2. Economy and Progression
Skull may store virtual balances, bank balances, XP, levels, streaks, statistics and related gameplay information so features persist between sessions.
3. Server Configuration
Skull may store settings such as log channels, welcome channels, join DM settings, security settings, prefixes and VoiceMaster configuration.
4. Moderation and Security
Enabled moderation and security features may process information needed to detect spam, raids, suspicious activity, moderation actions and security events.
5. Messages and Logs
Some features may process message or event information to perform commands or create configured logs.
6. Join DMs
If enabled, Skull may attempt to send a welcome DM to a new member through Discord. Discord determines whether the DM is delivered.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers required to host, secure and operate Skull.
8. Retention and Deletion
Information should be retained only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security, support configured features, resolve disputes or satisfy legal obligations. Deletion requests can be made through Skull support.
9. Security
Reasonable safeguards should be used to protect stored information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated as Skull changes.
